Dear foreign teachers and students:

当前，全球新冠肺炎疫情持续蔓延，长沙市近日也接连出现了新冠肺炎确诊病例。我校正采取科学、严谨的防疫措施全力阻断疫情。在此，我们向各位外籍人士提出如下倡议：

The COVID-19 pandemic wreaked havoc around the world and cases have been reported in Changsha recently. Our university is making great effort to conduct concerted and coordinated measures for prevention and control. International Exchange and Cooperation Division (International Education College) hereby urgently makes the following suggestions to you all:

一、积极配合防控

1.按时打卡；

2.按要求参加核酸检测；

3.配合轨迹摸排；

4.配合核验身份，扫场所码。

I. Cooperate With All Prevention and Control Measures

1. Punch in on time everyday.

2. Take nucleic acid testing as required.

3. Coordinate with personal travel history report.

4. Cooperate on identity verification and scan the designated health code for each public place.

二、减少聚集流动

5.非必要不出校、不离长；

6.不接待外来访客；

7.尽量避免前往人员密集场所。

II. Reduce or Avoid Gathering

5.Do not leave the campus or Changsha unless necessary.

6. No outside visitors.

7. Avoid going to crowded places.

三、做好个人防护

  8.尽早接种疫苗；

9.规范佩戴口罩；

10.保持宿舍通风清洁。

III. Keep Good Personal Hygiene

8. Get vaccines as early as possible.

9. Wearing a mask correctly.

10. Ventilate and clean rooms more often .

四、服从教学安排

11.跟进线上线下教学；

12.加强自主学习。

IV. Obey to Teaching Arrangements

11. Follow up online and offline teaching.

12. Improve the ability of self-study.
